Medication Overuse in Older Adults, Are You Taking Too Many Pills?
Wednesday, September 7, 1:00 -1:45 pm. Hosted in person (room 019) and Virtually!
Description: As we age, it is a common problem. You may see more than one doctor and each prescribes a different drug for a different illness. Before you know it, you’re taking several medications and feeling tired, dizzy, or nauseous. This could be interpreted as a new symptom for a new ailment and you are prescribed yet another drug. Before long you are taking a fist full of medications that make you feel even more unwell.
Presented by: The Health Depot Pharmacy

Special thanks to our partners, The Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario (OACAO), and to the Ministry of Seniors and Accessibility for their funding support.
