Ottawa Senior Pride Network

The Good Companions is a long-time advocate and friend to the Ottawa Senior Pride Network (OSPN). Together, we share a strong commitment to supporting and celebrating 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals over 50 years young in our community.

Over the years, we’ve worked together to deliver meaningful and inclusive programming. We continue to collaborate on initiatives like Out and About Saturdays, offer welcoming spaces for OSPN’s dance fundraisers, and are proud to host community workshops with them such as “Ageing in Place”. We take pride in being able to offer OSPN a safe, inclusive space to host monthly community groups such as the Older and Bolder women’s group.

Together, we’re building a more inclusive community for all seniors.
