Volunteers are able to lend their time and talents to help us offer the quality programs and services that we have become known for since 1955. In recognition of these contributions, we are able to offer complimentary parking passes and beverage coupons. We are also able to offer training and social events, such as our annual Volunteer Recognition.
After the application has been reviewed and approved, potential volunteers will be contacted to set up and interview with the Volunteer Services Coordinator. Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
We’re so happy to introduce the new Partnership Program through the Seniors’ Centre Without Walls!
The SCWW Partnership Program works with partner organizations across Ontario and Atlantic Canada so they can run their own impactful SCWW program that enhances the health and wellbeing of older adults in their community. These programs encourage meaningful connections, mental stimulation, and life-long learning. Learn more at: https://thegoodcompanions.ca/programs-services/scww-partnership/
