Frozen Meal Sales

You can now purchase the same delicious meals served at The Good Companions, to be enjoyed at home!

We have many frozen meals, soups, and pies available for purchase online, over the phone, or by email.

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 613-236-0428 ext. 2131, by email at kstaff@thegoodcompanions.ca, or online by submitting the easy-to-use Frozen Meal Order Form (click here).

Payment Options for Online Orders
Orders placed online can be paid for in two ways:

  • At the time of purchase via PayPal

  • At pickup with cash, debit, or credit

If you select PayPal, an invoice will be sent within 24 business hours.
If you prefer to pay at pickup, simply choose cash, debit, or credit on the order form. Your order will still be submitted, and we’ll contact you within 24 business hours to confirm receipt.

Orders placed over the phone can be paid for with credit at the time of purchase, or with cash, debit, or credit at the time of pickup.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to pickup your order.

If you are unable to pickup your order, we may be able to arrange delivery. Please contact us for more information.
